We are two Chester residents seriously passionate about good beer, good food and good company. We have a combined knowledge and experience of nearly a decade in the hospitality and beverage industries, and have been writing about the local beer culture and scene for years on our Beer Blog. We've had our fingers in most beer appreciation clubs going in our city and we dare you to name a single Chester pub, bistro or bar we haven't popped in. We like to think we know not only our trade but our audience too.

Tom has nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked in a few of the finest beer-serving establishments in Chester, so he knows his beer from brewing to the pint. Tom is also a professional chef so you can be sure he is an ironclad professional in the kitchen. He adds a creative touch and flair to all his delicious creations.
KATJA KNOX - HEAD TWEETER, CEO & ALE LOVER EXTRAORDINAIRE
Katja has been writing about beer for years, in her beer blog and as a guest writer for other publications. She is also the founding member of the tri-monthly #LadiesLoveBeer events and has for years co-hosted and organised many of the beer appreciation clubs and events in Chester. Katja is passionate about all things ale and can usually be found in her natural habitat: the pub, beer festivals or breweries.
